About Catherine Chartier, MD
Catherine Chartier, MD graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1985. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak in 1989. While in training there she received the prestigious Longyear Award for Outstanding Resident Performance and Surgical Skills. She is a senior fellow of the American College of Obstetric and Gynecology, a member of the American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society and Oakland County Medical Society.
Dr Chartier specializes in gynecologic well-women care, breast care, abnormal uterine bleeding and alternatives to hysterectomy, infertility, menopause and osteoporosis. She also specializes in pregnancy, delivery and post partum care.
